This DiSC assessment includes a 1 page report, of just your graphs. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the Live With Impact coaching program.

Understanding your personality style and how you operate in Public, at Home and during Change & Stress, is more than understanding your strengths and weaknesses. In order to build quality relationships, it is a good idea to understand how you really operate. From years of working with people and assessments, our focus is on empowering people rather than putting them in a box.

Before you can make positive changes in your life, you need to understand yourself. This means getting to grips with your DiSC personality and how you might think or act around others.

In this assessment, your report will include your three DiSC graphs. They will be specific to how you answered the questions. The three graphs are:

    • Who am I in public
    • Who am I at home
    • How I manage stress and change

The DiSC mini is for those who have a coaching session scheduled with a trained coach. Your coach will shed some light on understanding the graphs in your coaching session. You can expect to receive insight about your DiSC personality strengths and weaknesses. These usually have a ripple effect into other areas of your life like:

    • Your health, career, home life
    • Your ability to say no or take action
    • Your ability to motivate and inspire others
    • Your ability to build and sustain quality relationships
    • Your ability to start and finish tasks
    • Your ability to pay attention to the small things
    • How you deal with stress or change
    • How your personality strengths might hurt you

Take a moment to think about how rich your relationships are; or are not. John Maxwell wrote a book: “everyone communicates but few people connect.” Where he stipulates that connection is critical to communication. Daniel Kim writes about quality relationships taking 80% of the work. This results in Quality thinking, Quality Action, and Quality Results. Thinking Action and results are the expression of the Quality Relationship. This is critical for teams. Remember teams come in various forms and sizes. For example: A family is a team. You also get sports teams, groups of friends, corporate teams (at various levels), to mention a few.

Understanding personality can be complex, however, we will keep it simple and effective.
